Enclosed Integrated Spreading  System

Enclosed Integrated Spreading System at Cairns - Click to enlarge (40KB)Occasionally, the dust resulting from the spreading of dry binder is a nuisance that may need to be avoided. Whilst Stabilised Pavements' conventional spreaders are specifically designed to be "low-dust" units suitable for most rural and urban applications, where dust is a particularly sensitive issue this work can be carried out utilising our Enclosed Integrated Spreader System.

The Wirtgen WR2500K Mark II stabilisation machines feed the dry additive directly into the mixing chamber of the reclaimer/stabiliser, reducing the possibility of any additive becoming airborne.
