Gerry Howe |
| Gerry has worked within the
Recycling/Stabilising Industry for the last 28 years, starting with
Material Stabilising Company (MSC) in West Sussex in 1978. Gerry then
moved from MSC in 1985 to Road Recycling Ltd. In 1990 Road Recycling was
bought out by Colas and Gerry was transferred over. Gerry served 10
years with Colas as Contracts Manager for recycling of roads in the UK. During his time at Colas Gerry was part of a steering group within Colas which helped develop the Guidelines for TRL 386 Cold Insitu Recycling. Gerry was a member of the steering group CASSST (Greenwich University) for putting together specifications & guidelines on treating contaminated soils, and was picked by the DTi to go on a fact-finding mission to the USA to gather information on stabilisation/solidification. Gerry is a member of the Institute of Asphalt Technology, and presently chairman of the Recycling Group within Britpave. Gerry joined Stabilised Pavements UK in 2006
bringing with him a great depth of knowledge of road recycling.

Sahruzi Sahari |

Bachelor of Science (Civil Engineering) Sahruzi graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1992. He is a very experienced Project Manager, his career has been mainly in road pavement and infrastructure works. His first exposure was in a construction company called PATI Sdn Bhd, which specialised in Continuously Reinforced Concrete Pavement (CRCP) for PLUS North-South Expressway. He joined Stabilised Pavements (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in 1998. For the last five years he has been specifically involved in the investigation, design and construction of insitu stabilised construction for roadways, port handling areas, airfields and other heavy duty hardstand construction. Edward Choo |
| Edward has over 25 years involved in the marketing of
heavy equipment. Before joining Stabilised Pavements Malaysia, he worked
for CMI as Regional Manager Pacific Rim marketing and promoting
stabilisation in the Asia and Pacific regions. He was instrumental in
introducing stabilisation to Brunei. Edward
has successfully promoted and developed the use of insitu stabilisation
for pavement construction throughout Malaysia.

Tie Teck Soon |
| Mr Tie is a qualified Civil Engineer, having
studied at the Federal Institute of Technology Kuala Lumpur. He has had
extensive experience in road construction in Malaysia and Brunei,
holding positions as project co-ordinator on major roadworks in Sarawak
and Brunei before joining Stabilpave. With Stabilpave he undertook
extensive training with Australian personnel and is arguably the most
experienced engineer in stabilisation and road recycling in this region

| A graduate in civil engineering from Sydney University,
Terry has had over thirty years experience in road construction
maintenance and for the last twenty years has specialised in road
pavements. Terry has been working with road profiling and stabilisation
for over twenty years and has extensive experience in Australia and

Ashari Nasution |

Ashari studied Business Education at the Educational
and Lecturer Institute, Padang, West Sumatra.
He joined PT Stabilised Pavements Indo in 2002.
Having had over 10 years experience in marketing of various types of new
innovative products, Ashari is very familiar in the method of marketing
new products to the Indonesian market. Ashari has excellent Indonesian

Scott Stretton |

Scott has a wide experience in the operation and
supervision of road construction equipment, in particular specialised
stabilisation equipment. He has carried out extensive stabilisation
recycling projects in Australia and since 2000, has been responsible for
the training of specialised stabilisation operators and engineers in
insitu soil stabilisation and road recycling in Indonesia. Contact |

Arif Widiyanto |
| Arif Widiyanto is a Civil Engineer from Muhammadiyah
University of Surakarta (UMS). Currently he is Technical Manager of PT
Stabilised Pavements Indo. Arif has more than 12 years experience in
soil and pavement stabilisation including laboratory processes for road
construction and maintenance projects. For over 8 years Arif has worked
specially in pavement design, and implementation of quality assurance
for stabilisation work. His major role was working as the pavement
designer for a major road project where he was responsible for the
design of over 300 kilometres of bound pavement (soil cement) with
various surface layers. This position involved managing the survey,
laboratory and draftsman for the design and road construction. Arif is a qualified Pavement Engineer "Madya" from Indonesian Road Development Association (IRDA), and a member of the Indonesian Society for Geotechnical Engineering (ISGE) and as such is frequently involved in seminars and workshops with the Public Works, Government Authorities, Consultants and Universities throughout Indonesia. Ricardo Patiar |
| Ricardo Patiar is a graduate Civil Engineer from North
Sumatra University, Medan, Indonesia. He has been employed with PT
Stabilised Pavements Indo since 2001 and has been directly involved with
the supervision of stabilisation works and spray seal activities since
that time. He has now supervised more than 300 km
of road improvement projects. Ricardo is also responsible for the implementation of ISO 9001-2000 within the company in Indonesia. Ricardo has completed courses in Auditing of Quality Assurance plans and has also completed the safety courses provided by PT. Caltex Indonesia. He has actively trained the field crews in these skills. Contact |

Eldwin Syarif |
| Eldwin is a graduate Civil Engineer from Andalas
University Padang-West Sumatra, Indonesia. He has been employed with PT
Stabilised Pavements Indo since 2001. Eldwin was the Operation Manager
for SPIndo for the road construction at Nagoya Hill Trade Centre
Superblock in Batam Island, responsible for
operational, invoicing, scheduling, order material, subcontractors,
equipments hired, hand over, etc.
