Tom Wilmot |
| Tom
has over 35 years experience in the stabilisation industry. He has been
deeply involved in the development of pavement recycling in Australia
and Asia. He was active in the development and application of foamed
bitumen for road stabilisation and many other stabilisation products
including slag, flyash blends and Dry Powder Polymer stabilisers as well
as the progress and development of cement and lime recycling. Tom is
active in seminars and workshops with ARRB, Auststab and other
organisations, including R & D work in deep lift stabilisation with the
RTA. He has studied stabilisation techniques in Europe, USA and Asia and
is involved in the development of stabilisation and Road rehabilitation
processes in Australia UK and Asia.

Warren Smith |
| Warren
has over 35 years experience in pavement design and construction. For
the last 30 years Warren has work specifically in the stabilisation and
rehabilitation industry being involved in both insitu and pugmill work.
As such he has been involved in the development of the different methods
and procedures of stabilised pavement design and construction in many
varied situations throughout Australia and overseas. He has had a significant input
in the ongoing introduction of new technologies in both stabilisation
equipment and additive fields. Warren is now one of Australia's most experienced and well versed Engineers in the fields of stabilisation and road rehabilitation and as such is frequently involved in seminars and workshops with State and Local Government Authorities, Consultants and other interested groups throughout Australia and other parts of the World including Europe, Asia and the Pacific Rim. Warren has been in the
forefront of communicating the environmental benefits of using
stabilisation techniques especially for recycling works.

Berg is a highly experienced stabilisation Manager,
responsible for management of in excess of 20 stabilisation crews
operating in a wide range of stabilisation and recycling projects. He
has an excellent knowledge of the capabilities of different forms of
equipment and has been responsible for the introduction of the Quality
Assurance system for large highway rehabilitation projects.

Gerald (Ged) Ritson |
| Ged
has recently joined the company and brings 30 years experience from the
Equipment Rental Industry. This experience has been gained both from the
United Kingdom and Australia in asset and maintenance management
systems. He has extensive knowledge of both quality and safety systems,
and has been an active member of industry groups and Australian Standard
committees. Ged has also taken on the role of the Safety Manager and
will further develop the safety system in line with Stabilised Pavements
constant effort to maintain a safe work environment.

| Andrew
has ten years experience in the stabilisation industry. In this time,
during which he has been employed by SPA, he has gained invaluable
experience by working through the ranks as an Operator, Foreman,
Supervisor and eventually gaining his Engineering qualifications. Andrew
has also benefited from overseas work experience in this field, spending
2 years in the United Kingdom.

Sacha Hilbrink |
| Sacha,
a qualified engineer, has recently joined SPA and has extensive
experience in Local Government in such varying fields as Asset
Management, Maintenance and Construction. He has wide experience in
insitu stabilisation, road rehabilitation and project management of
civil construction works. Sacha has been involved in developing safe
operating procedures, promoting OH&S, and has a good knowledge of

| Graeme
has a sound knowledge of plant and equipment within
the earthmoving industry, with considerable experience in recycling and

contract management sales and to the development of Stabilised Pavement
services within the industry. He has an

Gee is a very experienced Field Supervisor. He has wide and varied

various items of equipment. Ross has also spearheaded Stabilised
Pavements' entry into Foamed Bitumen stabilisation over the last few

| Daniel
is a qualified civil engineer who has over 4 years experience in the
road and rail disciplines of civil engineering. His experience includes
asset management, operations management and business marketing. Daniel
began with SPA in the Somersby Office as Operations Engineer and took

Manager in early 2006. Daniel also has the role of Quality
Manager within the company and aims to further develop the quality

Steve has had extensive background in foamed bitumen stabilisation and
cement and lime stabilisation in the UK and in South Africa prior to
coming to Australia. In Australia he has had a broad experience of
foamed bitumen stabilisation and the development of the process and in
more recent years has been the Manager of Highway Stabilisers which
operates in Victoria and South Australia. He joined the Stabilised
